How to ORDER shoes and other products?

1) Send an E-mail to us with the following information:
ID, quantity of the products, Receiver,mailing address,zipcode,city,country,E-mail and telephone No.)

2) We will confirm your order and address to quote the most favorable price for you.
(ALL prices includes the shipping fee)

3) You can send us money via Money Gram,via Bank(Wire Transfer) or via Western Union(is faster).

4) After your payment, do please inform us, we will ship the parcels to the customer's mailing address in time.

5) We will inform you with the tracking number after we have shipped the products. (in 2 days).

6) The parcels will be delivered in 7 work days (sometimes it can be delivered faster,it depends where you are located).

7) We would appreciate if you give feedback after you have received the parcels.

Policy:

NOTE:
1.Min order: one carton (different size in the same colour). if you want to mixed color, please order online.

2.You could choose different styles, color and sizes from one carton, but you need to pay extra $3 for each pair.

3.The price for SAMPLE is USD 60/pair (including express fee ).

4.All the price including the express fee. Only promising to go out of china, for this we will send you tracking number ,if your custom stop your package (IT TAKES A POSSIBILITY OF 2%),we will not responsible for refund. <TOP>

Shipping
Usually, we send products by EMS , DHL , UPS , TNT, Sodexi (as you want)
with tracking No., the shoes will arrive at your address in 5-7 work days.

Return/Exchange
- We DO NOT offer refunds.
- Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are:
"I don't want the shoes anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color".
Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture.

- Acceptable Reasons for exchange:
Wrong shoe or size sent by the factory , mistake made from our side.

- The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping fee.
If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you an exchange.
